Remote Category Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Category Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with key business functions
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts while ensuring stakeholder needs are met
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and facilitate resolution of supplier issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, finance, or supply chain
• 3-5+ years of procurement experience with knowledge in category management and contract negotiations
• 1-3+ years of experience in the biotech/life sciences industry
• Basic understanding of GMP manufacturing processes and regulations
• Experience with Ariba and SAP preferred
