Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Category Manager in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing, championing, and ensuring implementation of Category Management principles
- Using influence model to gain stakeholder buy-in
- Leading improvement in effectiveness, efficiency and control for Healthcare Spend Category
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management or related field
- 7+ years procurement experience
- 5+ years experience managing categories and spend within large organization
- Experience in Lean/Sigma, continuous improvement principles and practices
- Proficiency in Req-to-pay tools, such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc
- Experience using spend analytics tools, such as SpendHQ, Coupa, Zycus, Jaggaer, etc
