Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Category Manager in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, championing, and ensuring implementation of Category Management principles
  • Using influence model to gain stakeholder buy-in
  • Leading improvement in effectiveness, efficiency and control for Healthcare Spend Category

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management or related field
  • 7+ years procurement experience
  • 5+ years experience managing categories and spend within large organization
  • Experience in Lean/Sigma, continuous improvement principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Req-to-pay tools, such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc
  • Experience using spend analytics tools, such as SpendHQ, Coupa, Zycus, Jaggaer, etc
