Job Summary
A nationwide banking and financing company is filling a position for a Remote CDC Renewable Energy Asset Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and evaluating operating agreements, other legal documents, and financial statements relating to investments
- Researching and resolving errors in data from financial reporting systems to protect accuracy in investment booking
- Performing reviews of budgets, financial statements, guarantor statements, audits, tax returns and annual compliance reports
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience
- Four to seven years of tax credit investment industry experience
- Knowledge of/experience with renewable energy tax credit program and industry
- Knowledge of construction finance lending, legal documentation and requirements
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
