Job Summary

A healthcare consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CDI Consultant in Los Angeles.

Must be able to:

Perform root cause analysis and data analysis
Support and manage all client CDI needs, as requested
Provide support to diagnosis capture and expert level review of medical documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Onsite and Remote
CDIP and/or CCDS Certification is Required
Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician' s Assistant Licensure is Required
Extensive experience with inpatient medical records review and medical terminology
Last 3+ years of employment must be as a CDI Specialist or a similar role
Experience with Epic and 3M
