Job Summary

A not-for-profit medical group practice is filling a position for a Remote CDI Quality Management Services Supervisor in Rochester.

Must be able to:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the operational and personnel activities of the CDI staff
• Assist the Quality Officer to ensure clinical documentation is present and accurate
• Assure compliance with external and internal measures for programs

Qualifications Include:

• May require occasional travel
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist
• Certified Coding Specialist
• Or Certified Coding Specialist-Physician-based (CCS-P)
• Or Registered Nurse (RN)
