Job Summary
A staffing and recruitment agency has a current position open for a Remote CDMO Services Business Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Grow new business revenue with a hunter mentality and establish lasting business relationships within the territory
- Collaborate positively with other units to facilitate potential new opportunity and knowledge
- Implement sales and marketing plans and obtain target metrics set out
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- MS Degree in life sciences discipline, MBA or PhD preferred
- Preference for 2-5 years BD experience with a strong track record of closing business
- International Experience is a plus
- Demonstrated understanding and awareness of the biopharmaceutical landscape with in depth knowledge of development
- Demonstrated strong sales, negotiating, and closing ability
- Ability to work in, lead, collaborate with and develop a large multicultural team
