Remote CDR Architect

Job Summary

To support Crew Records modernization, the contract Remote CDR Architect will articulate business value, partner with leaders on modernization decisions, and develop executive materials while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Crew Records modernization by articulating business value and risks, and proposing phased modernization options
• Partner with business and technology leaders to drive decisions on modernization direction and next steps
• Develop executive-ready materials for governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision points

Required Qualifications

• Background as a Senior Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master with strong business acumen
• Experience supporting modernization initiatives or regulated operational systems
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive conversations forward without full clarity or authority
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence through data and storytelling
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a focus on execution rather than solely presentation
