Job Summary
A life sciences company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cell and Gene Technology Donor Programs Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Recruit prospective marrow donors
- Ask donors questions, assess answers, seek and answer their questions while exercising judgment
- Perform phlebotomy to collect appropriate blood samples from donors for laboratory testing
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s in Biomedical Sciences, Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, Medical or Nursing Assistant
- Significant work experience in a health care setting
- Understanding of medical terms and practices
- Excellent phlebotomy skills and interpersonal verbal skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to “get the job done”
- Takes responsibility for individual and team results
