Job Summary

AnIT connectivity and solutions firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Cellular Renewals Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Identify customer needs, concerns and strategies as related to renewals and expansion
  • Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value
  • Validate and confirm the accuracy of all supporting data for the quote

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Sales
  • Ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes
  • Experience building relationships with peers and partners
  • Personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks while being process oriented
