Must be able to:

  • Identify the optimal mix of plans, features and discounts to meet our clients' dynamic usage patterns
  • Educate the client about all things cellular
  • Manage each client relationship with skill, diligence and an exceptional degree of professionalism

Required Skills:

  • Excellent listening, speaking, and written communication and presentation skills
  • Computer skills, Office Suite and especially Excel
  • Strong knowledge of cellular products and services
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information technology, or accounting, or related area or the equivalent
