A staffing and recruiting firm is filling a position for a Remote CEM and ERP Software Call Center Sales Senior Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales organization to $MM quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Add true value in key deals, reinforcing strategic selling
  • Hire, coach, and develop Sales Executive professionals

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 20 - 30%
  • 10+ years as an SVP, with experience selling Enterprise Software
  • Experience managing Managers
  • Experience leading a team of (100-200) members
  • Proven record of building and managing a Sales organization
  • Willingness to learn and adapt as necessary to industry and company direction changes
