Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote CEM Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and managing data from the implemented solution to administer the certification process
- Working alongside the Professional Services team to facilitate future iterations of the system
- Coordinating with the Product teams on the evolution of the systems that are the subject of certification
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working in highly cross functional roles with stakeholders at the IC level all the way to the senior executive team
- More than three years of experience in the life safety and business continuity space across private and public
- Applicable knowledge for deploying a certification system at scale to enhance customer success and new sales
- Passion for systematizing evolving knowledge bases for immediate applicability in the field use cases
- Experience writing proposal responses and customer facing evaluations to incorporate feedback into the core system
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI Certification or equivalent experience
