Job Summary
An independent audit and tax consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Center for Advanced Tax Technology Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring team has sufficient talent, resources, and expertise by defining staffing needs
- Serving as a role model by maintain and deepen functional expertise and personal brand
- Completing Career Advisor duties including regular feedback, coaching, goal setting and training
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree – required (preference given to Business or Technology major
- Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience required
- Ability to assess, enhance and document business processes
- Prior public accounting experience with a mid to large size firm(s)
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and best practices including software distribution
