Job Summary
A moving equipment and storage rental company has a current position open for a Remote Center Support Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Asssiting customers who have an existing reservation or current business
- Answering general questions about pricing, products and services
- Assisting customers with new business as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 hours within the first 3 days at a Center for training purposes
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Clear speaking voice
- General knowledge of U.S. geography
