Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Central Americas Customer Success Manager .
Must be able to:
- Lead CSMs in the Central Region of the United States
- Communicate the value proposition for the Magento platform and how it applies to address specific customer needs
- Lead the customer experience

- First line management experience within customer-facing organizations in a software company
- Proven ability to recruit/build/retain teams
- Strong client relationship skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization
- Able to effectively and quickly build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence
