Job Summary
A technology company serving the financial services industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Open Solutions Client Service Partner IV.
Must be able to:
- Partner with clients to create the ‘engagement’ by meeting with all areas of their business and determining what should be included
- Communicate and set client expectations about the program and build and improve the client relationship everyday
- Establish mechanisms to set and manage expectations and ensure on-going control of the program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 30%
- Ability for on-site presence minimally once a quarter
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and on the job experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, software implementations, and integrations experience
- 3+ years of experience in a client facing, client engagement role
- Company knowledge within the financial industry space
