Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Central Region Senior Counsel Director.
Must be able to:
- Analyze and distill complex legal issues into easily understandable content
- Be a subject matter expert on regulatory and industry developments
- Draft, revise, review, and negotiate agreements with Central region provider organizations and networks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- 10+ years of relevant experience at a top tier law firm, in-house counsel and/or insurance regulatory agency
- Law license in good standing and the ability to register as In-House Counsel in NY State
