Job Summary
A mountain resort travel company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Central Sales Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing informed and accurate communications to guests about products and services offered for all ski resorts and properties
- Providing an Experience of a Lifetime through positive guest interactions and strong attention to detail
- Working with managers to achieve monthly departmental goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have at least one year call center experience and/or associates degree
- Have professional communication and phone etiquette skills
- Have proficient computer and interpersonal skills
- Be able to handle a high volume of phone calls without interruption in a pleasant efficient manner
- Have the ability to be a dependable, flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented agent
- Work a flexible schedule that may include weekend days, holidays, and evenings as needed
