Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remote Central Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Facilities Division of a Fortune 500 company, with available schedules from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and coordinate internal requests for the Facilities Division
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while updating information within company systems
- Communicate effectively with team members through email, phone, and Microsoft Teams to support daily operations
Required qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer support, or office experience
- Prior remote work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a remote team
