A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler to manage patient scheduling and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Radiology appointments and manage insurance information
• Answer multi-line phones for multiple locations and handle incoming faxes
• Send out medical records as needed

Required Qualifications

• Preferred background in healthcare
• Experience with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills
