Remote Centralized Scheduler

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Centralized Scheduler will manage radiology appointments, obtain insurance information, and handle multi-line phone communications across multiple locations while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate radiology appointments and manage incoming faxes
• Answer multi-line phone systems for multiple locations and assist patients and providers
• Send out medical records and maintain organized documentation

Required qualifications

• Preferred background in healthcare
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks Practice Management System is advantageous
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high productivity environment
• Strong decision-making skills and sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients and healthcare professionals
