Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Centralized Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Expediting the collection process of a claim – making use of Progressive systems and databases
  • Collaborating with other insurance carriers and attorneys
  • Obtaining the liability, payment, and bodily injury claim statuses along with any other information needed to resolve the file

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent with one or more years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
