A multi-national insurance company is in need of a Remote Centralized Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Expediting the collection process of a claim – making use of Progressive systems and databases
- Collaborating with other insurance carriers and attorneys
- Obtaining the liability, payment, and bodily injury claim statuses along with any other information needed to resolve the file
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with one or more years of relevant work experience
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Proficient computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
