Job Summary
A specialty healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Centralized Telephone Triage Advice Line Registered Nurse.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding promptly to each incoming call
- Assisting in physician appointment scheduling
- Referring patients to appropriate in-network medical facilities or providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Current Registered Nurse compact state licensure and other states as deemed necessary by state law or client contract
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of three years recent clinical experience in a dialysis center, physician office, home health, urgent care and/or emergency room setting
- Familiarity/experience with patient interactions on the telephone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Additional multi state licensure will be required
