A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote CEO Executive Assistant in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Manage an extremely active calendar and overall scheduling for the CEO
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure that the CEO’s priorities and personal boundaries are maintained
  • Track emails daily for the CEO and surface high priority items

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of work experience
  • An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills, forward thinker and excellent planner
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
