Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote CEO Executive Assistant in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Manage an extremely active calendar and overall scheduling for the CEO
- Plan, coordinate and ensure that the CEO’s priorities and personal boundaries are maintained
- Track emails daily for the CEO and surface high priority items
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of work experience
- An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills, forward thinker and excellent planner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
