Remote Cerner CareAware iBus Support Advisor

Job Summary

An American privately owned multinational computer technology company  has an open position for a Remote Cerner CareAware iBus Support Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Provide application support and maintenance for Cerner CareAware iBus MDI an BMDI
• Review interface design specs and integrate external applications with the Cerner Millennium suite
• Work with business users to identify requirements for maintaining application tables, dictionaries, and parameters required for system operation and configuration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• One year of Medical Device Interface or Bedside Medical Device Interface experience required
• Basic understanding of both inbound and outbound processing on Cerner CareAware iBus platform
• Basic understanding of creating, configuring and modifying interfaces and containers in Cerner iCommand
• Basic knowledge of interface monitoring tools, including all levels of Millennium logging and Olympus server monitoring
• Review interface design specs and integrate external applications with the Cerner Millennium suite
