Job Summary
An online education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Certified 6-8th Grade Science Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating instructional resources to meet the varying needs of students
- Implementing instructional strategies that stimulate learning and increase student engagement
- Collaborating with parents and colleagues to manage coarse goals, curriculum, and materials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel at least once per month within and between assigned geographic areas
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum six (6) months of student teaching experience
- Appropriate state certification
- Meets state’s NCLB’s Highly Qualified Teacher requirements
- Experience working with the proposed age group
