Job Summary

An educational provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Certified Flex American Sign Language Instructor.

Must be able to:

• Plan, prepare, and implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged
• Identify, select, create and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students
• Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and offer plans for improvement

Qualifications for this position include:

• Occasional travel may be required to various schools as daily work locations
• Bachelor’s Degree Valid Florida Professional Teaching Certificate in content area assigned OR proof of active enrollment in a stated-approved EPI or MAT program
• Endorsements as required by Florida Department of Education
• One year successful teaching experience within subject area OR successful completion of an FLVS instructional internship program
• Operational knowledge of the Internet and Web-related technologies
• All other requirements necessary for this position
