Simple Smart Science is on a mission to help 1 million people (about the population of Delaware) gain a measurable improvement in their brain health and memory through education, supplementation, and coaching. Experience:

2-5 years of coaching experience, ideally in the healthcare industry.

Certified Health Coach Preferred.

Experience in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Key Responsibilities:

Complete onsite training through our very own Certified Memory and Cognition Coach certification program.

Conduct Individual and Group coaching sessions:

You will be responsible for leading individual and/or group coaching sessions as a part of our Memory Guru Coaching Program. This is a 10-week intensive coaching program that focuses on our 10-Pillars of Brain Health, which has been scientifically researched to show measurable improvements in memory.

Each of our clients are assigned:

An individual health coach to assess and carry out predetermined goals and stay accountable.

A group coaching session led by a certified health coach where clients learn in depth our 10 pillars of brain health on a more scientific basis.

Follow pre-determined coaching templates to maintain consistency among coaches.

Monitor client progress through client portal.

Attend daily Coaching Huddles to share client wins and collaborate among other coaches.

Maintain organization among all clients and information

Ability to work independently, with a passion for taking initiative and working collaboratively within small teams.
