Job Summary

A provider of technology-enabled coding services is in need of a Remote Certified HIM Medical Coding Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage financial outcomes (revenue and margins) for projects
• Manage a team of coders
• Provide feedback on processes for improvement

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must be able to train on-site for 12-weeks
• AAPC or AHIMA medical coding certification required
• Five to seven years experience in medical coding/billing
• Three years experience in a management role
• Strong project management, verbal and written communication
• Ability to provide your own PC with Windows 10 PRO and dual monitors
