Remote Certified Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Certified Information Security Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop security reports, recommendations, policies and procedures
• Perform log collection, correlation, reviews, archival, retention and monitoring of automated alerts
• Participate in and be an integral component of audit, compliance, and regulatory functions

Position Requirements Include:

• Possess an International Information Systems Security Consortium (ISC)² or CISSP certification.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security, or Security Auditing is required
• Understanding of security controls across all security domains, such as access management, encryption, and more
• Ability to identify security risks in application, system, and network architecture, data flow, and more
• Experience in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; experience with Visio and MS Project
• Familiarity with more than one framework e.g NIST 800-series, ISO 27000-series, PCI DSS and ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, FISMA, or FedRAMP
