Job Summary

An indemnity company is seeking a Remote Certified Insurance Counselor Service Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Monitoring staff’s production and making recommendations to improve results
• Scheduling work hours and assigning job duties
• Assisting in managing department resources, developing expense, and staffing budget projections

Required Skills:

• College level coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Attain (within 6 months) and maintain state insurance license as appropriate
• Completion of company Leadership Training Program within one year
• Worked in a P&C insurance customer service environment
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
