Job Summary

Offering a flexible contract opportunity, the Remote Certified Interpreter will provide over-the-phone interpretation services across various industries, including medical, insurance, and customer service, while working from home on a schedule of their choosing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver telephonic interpretation services for a high volume of calls, primarily in medical contexts
• Utilize an online portal or landline telephone to log on and off for interpreting sessions at any time
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to work in the United States, including providing a valid SSN or EIN and photo ID

Required qualifications

• Prior interpreting experience is preferred
• Must reside in the United States
• Ability to work as an independent contractor and set a flexible schedule
• Not located in California, New Jersey, or New York
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States
