Job Summary
A developer of healthcare management software is in need of a Remote Certified Medical Assistant Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Conduct monthly phone calls with patients, practices, pharmacies, etc
- Create and/or revise a personalized care plan for each patient
- Work to identify social determinants of health
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-2 years healthcare experience as a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant with active accreditation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, GoogleSuite products and comfortable learning new softwares quickly
- Exceptional business writing skills, including accurate spelling and grammar
- Have a home office set up that will allow you to speak privately and maintain confidentiality
