Job Summary

An urgent care company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Certified Medical Coding Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing and analyzing processes for continued department improvement
  • Serving as the point person for research in new market programs
  • Reviewing code correct errors for trends

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years outpatient EM/office procedure coding
  • Minimum 1 year working with coders in auditing/education
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle
  • Medical Coding Certificate: RHIT or CPC certification
  • ICD10 Proficiency
