Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Perform primarily outbound calls to patients to discuss medication adherence
  • Answer patient questions, concerns, and address identified barriers to medication adherence
  • Use scripted communication prompts to reach, inform, engage, and/or reconcile medication-related activities

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Certified and registered as a Pharmacy Technician in New Hampshire
  • Strong computer skills—Microsoft applications (such as Word and Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and connect with people telephonically
  • Passionate about helping others
  • Dependability to work scheduled shifts
