Job Summary
A multidiscipline consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Certified Public Accountant Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with the Talent Advisors and assist in identifying and engaging top talent
- Develop a proactive sourcing strategy
- Develop research to map our markets
Required Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience with progressive recruiting in a professional services or management consulting firm
- 1+ years’ experience with CPA or advisory services recruiting in professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability to generate candidate pipeline using progressive sourcing methods
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with the use of video
