Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Certified Recovery Peer Specialist in Pasco or Pinellas County.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing peer support services for members with behavioral health issues, other disorders, and illnesses
• Serving as a consumer advocate by providing consumer information, resources and peer support for clients
• Assisting members in setting and pursuing their own recovery goals and in working with their case managers

Qualifications Include:

• Valid State Driver's License with proof of insurance
• Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) in Florida
• Managed Care exposure and knowledge of community resources
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality rules
• High School diploma or GED
