Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Certified Scrum Master.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating continuous improvement for teams and the product line
- Helping to identify and mitigate development risks
- Promoting Lean/Agile software development methods
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Provide presentations to onsite and remote teams as needed
- 5+ years of experience working with teams that practice lean and agile software development methods
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ relevant experience in a comparable software development environment
- Maintains one or more of the company's required certifications
- Demonstrated experience teaching and growing Agile within commercial product development teams
- Experience using product management software
- Experience with teams using an SCM
