Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Certified Tumor Registrar Clinical Abstractor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a data stream leading to breakthrough clinical insights
• Contributing to building this division at the cutting edge of data abstraction
• Utilizing data, in real-time, for the direct benefit of cancer patients

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel; some may eventually gather in person in areas where we have a critical mass of employees
• Credentialed as a Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR)
• Knowledge of multiple EMR systems
• Proven extraordinary attention to quality abstracting and consider yourself an expert sleuth in locating information with the medical record
• Proven enthusiasm as a team player that is motivated independently
