Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote CES Product Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with go-live activities, testing and support (on-site or remote)
• Assisting customer through the design phase of the project providing business and product consulting
• Researching and resolving customer questions and issues as a result of testing

Required Skills:

• Travel 25%
• 2+ years of experience/knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or clinical experience
• 2+ years of experience with claims processing and/or coding or equivalent implementation experience
• High School Diploma / GED
• 1+ years of experience in claim submission, processing, and billing practices
• 1+ years of experience using MS Excel including PivotTables.
• Medical coding certification obtained or willingness to secure certification within one year
