Job Summary
An online retail company has a current position open for a Remote Change and Incident Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing change requests across technology teams in the company's commerce
- Conducting impact analysis on changes and assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders to be included in change approvals
- Driving communication and coordination of significant and major changes in production for minimising risk and impact
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 8 to 12 Years experience in change and incident management
- Very good understanding of the Change Management and Incident Management lifecycles
- Knowledge of ITIL change and incident management
- Knowledge of SRE blameless postmortems and launch checklists
- Experience in specifying requirements for automations, dashboards and reports for change and incident management
- Experience working with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
