Job Summary

An online retail company has a current position open for a Remote Change and Incident Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing change requests across technology teams in the company's commerce
  • Conducting impact analysis on changes and assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders to be included in change approvals
  • Driving communication and coordination of significant and major changes in production for minimising risk and impact

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 8 to 12 Years experience in change and incident management
  • Very good understanding of the Change Management and Incident Management lifecycles
  • Knowledge of ITIL change and incident management
  • Knowledge of SRE blameless postmortems and launch checklists
  • Experience in specifying requirements for automations, dashboards and reports for change and incident management
  • Experience working with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
