Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Change and Release Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Document standard methods used and procedures for day to day objectives
- Analyze production changes that are routine, planned and unplanned to assess potential risks
- Communicate with Business and Engineering squads on day-to-day release and maintenance updates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of working in a SaaS or similar operation
- Experience with Change management, Risk assessment, and with SDLCs
- Experience with system/application monitoring and alerting tools
- Familiarity with interfacing with all aspects of the business from support to engineers
- Knowledge into various tools; JIRA, PagerDuty, DataDog, Kibana and Cloud Services
- Ability to identify areas of improvement to help develop additional tools, metrics, and update processes
