Remote Change Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A business solutions and payment processing software developer is seeking a Remote Change Enablement Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Develop approach & templates for project-level change enablement support
• Build change management toolkit and templates
• Conduct change impact assessments

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 7+ years of change enablement, organization development or communications experience or related experience
• Education in HR, Communications, Learning, Organizational Development or related field
• HR or change certification or designation in an industry accepted change methodology or standard
• Good understanding of tactical change enablement
• Experience with strong collaboration across global, highly matrixed organization
• Experience with adult learning methodology for consumable and usable change tools
