- Building, documenting and deploying a common change and management system methodology
- Leading and participating in the planning and execution of the change plan
- Leading, modeling and mentoring employees
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 Years Leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience in change, incident, or problem management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Cherwell or ServiceNow tools
- Completed ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations training
