Job Summary
An employee relocation company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Change Management Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing qualitative and quantitative research to identify risks/opportunities
- Applying insights from analysis to develop change management strategies and plans
- Applying human-centered design thinking to understand current and target behavior drivers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution
- 5-7years of relevant experience
- Change management adoption experience (industry or consulting)
- Experience with MS Office products and various cloud-based systems
