A technology company is in need of a Remote Change Management Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Designing, delivering, and supporting cross-functional transformation change management
- Facilitating change management strategy / planning and team effectiveness sessions
- Defining and monitoring change management success measures
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering change management solutions
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic organization with the ability to execute on changing priorities
- Ability to analyze data to deliver insights
- Knowledge, experience / technical expertise
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
