Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Change Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leveraging a structured methodology to lead the design of a consistent change strategy to meet the unique needs of each change
• Collaborating with leaders & partners across human resources, communications, planning & portfolio to develop & implement change
• Facilitating and creating practical deliverables

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience delivering full lifecycle change management within established methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills, including tailoring messages to a variety of audiences and active listening
• Must be able to work collaboratively with and through others
• Ability to establish and maintain credibility and strong rapport with leaders and key partners
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goals
