Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Channel Distribution Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, developing, and leading the Channel Account Administrator team
- Helping to develop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases
- Assisting in providing resolution for reseller/distributor/customer pricing and order entry issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years Distribution sales operations at a software company, F1000 reseller, or major distributor
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience managing a team of administrative operations people
- Ability to understand, improve, and manage all operational aspects and workflows
- Experience with a CRM platform
