Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Remote Channel Learning Partner Senior Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing and determining performance needs and develop the associated learning strategy
• Overseeing and managing the Strategic Learning Business Partner (SLBP) team
• Proactively working to identify new, unanticipated opportunities where learning can deliver business value through people performance

Required Skills:

• Experience with project, program, and vendor management
• Demonstrated high level of skill and experience in learning design and implementation
• Minimum 5 years managing a global, remote, learning team
• Small and large group facilitation skills
• Knowledge of applying virtual learning technologies
• Experience in designing blended learning resources
