Job Summary

An electronic components retailer is seeking a Remote Channel Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Translating products and promotions into benefits for a customer. Provides alternative products and solutions
  • Determining and understanding customers’ requirements for Arrow product offerings and services
  • Leveraging Arrow and vendor programs and promotions to progress a transaction through the sales cycle

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2+ years Channel Manager or equivalent experience preferred
  • Good verbal and written communications skills required
  • Experience in Unified Communications, Contact Center as a Service, Cloud based solutions or Services Preferred
  • Understanding of Salesforce, databases and cloud applications
  • 4-year degree preferred
